Modern Family Episode 2 Ratings are in

Zap2it reports the rating for Wednesday:
Wednesday night’s ratings were significantly cooler than during premiere week, with pretty much every new show and several returning ones falling from their premieres. ABC’s “Modern Family” and “Cougar Town” still posted solid demographic ratings, though, and CBS’ crime dramas led the network to an overall win for the night. One exception to the downward trend was “Glee,” which actually built its audience over last week.

9 p.m.

CBS: “Criminal Minds” (13.6 million, 8.6/14)
ABC: “Modern Family” (9.9 million, 6.0/10)/”Cougar Town” (9.1 million, 5.7/9)
NBC: “Law & Order: SVU” (7.9 million, 5.3/8)
FOX: “Glee” (7.3 million, 4.4/7)
The CW: “Melrose Place” rerun (1.1 million, 0.8/1)

18-49 leader: “Modern Family” (3.7) – Yeah!!!
