Modern Family Game

For 2-6 players; Ages Teen-Adult; 

Players join in the fun of Modern Family’s three related families as they test their trivia knowledge of this hit TV show. There are five types of special spaces you can land on. Each type of special space has a corresponding deck of cards including: Parenting, Family, Modern, Interview and Event cards. By selecting the cards, players may be asked to answer trivia questions, play out a charade and discuss interview topics and family events. By completing the action on the cards, players receive tokens.

Once your team has collected all 30 tokens, you must get your mover home. The player to visit each household and get back to their TV viewing couch first wins!

One of my favorite Christmas family traditions is “Find the Pickle”. We have a huge tree and before we decorate Granny hides the pickle ornament somewhere within the Christmas tree branches. All the kids (Adult) start in a line and then make a mad dash for the Christmas tree to find the prized pickle ornament. Who ever finds it, win $100! This is the most hilarious thing ever to watch. We are family, so any pushing or prodding is intensified x10. So much fun. Then we re-hide the pickle ornament and let the next group (the grandkids) do a run, and the winner gets $50. By the end the tree is nearly demolished, but salvageable to decorate. So much fun, we will carry it on forever.

If you remember in last week’s episode 4 of Modern Family we saw Dede Pritchett (Shelley Long) offensive toast at the wedding of her ex-husband, Jay, to his young new bride, Gloria. And we want to hear from you what was the worst wedding moment in a wedding that you have been at.
Well, the winner of the giveaway is Jamie, and here is her story:

My worst wedding moment was pretty simple and minor. We had a small wedding and in order to walk down the isle, my dad and I had to walk outside first. We heard the music start and went to enter, but found that the door was locked. The song played a few times before someone realized I didn’t have cold feet, I just couldn’t get in!
